Medical Receptionist with Audio Typing. Part time.
Location: Greater Belfast/ Holywood, Northern Ireland
Hours: 20 hours per week. 2.5 days per hour or 5 half days. Flexibility is offered.
Duration: Permanent
Hourly rate: £13-13.50 depending on experience.
On behalf of our client, an independent Health facilitates organisation, we are seeking a part time, Medical Receptionist with Audio typing skills to join their team in the Greater Belfast/ Holywood area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing Receptionist support
- First point of contact for calls, emails and queries.
- Meeting & greeting visitors, organising passes for guests.
- Organising appointments for patients.
- General maintenance of the office space, ensuring kept tidy at all times
- Audio typing of patient information.
You will need:
- Previous experience in a receptionist role.
- Previous audio typing skills.
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills.
- Eligibility to work in the UK & Northern Ireland.
