Telemarketing Appointment Setter Administrator

Telemarketing Appointment Setter with secretary duties sought for the Operations Manager and Managing Director of the largest suppliers of CCTV and Security Systems in Northern Ireland, based in the central Dungannon area. Our client, with over 30 years’ experience within the security, audio and streaming sectors, are in their expansion phase and are seeking an experienced Sales lead generator who will grow with the company.

 

The company are renowned for equipping Churches and Cathedrals around the country with live streaming facilities and live services can be streamed on their website.

 

The successful person will be tasked with general office administration duties, as well as appointment setting for senior sales reps. Due to this aspect, a sales background would be advantageous and the successful candidate would be a confident and convincing with excellent customer service and

 

 

Details: Full time Monday- Friday 9am-5pm, £18,000 per annum plus bonus and commission (On target earnings of £20k-25k per year)

 

Duties:

·        Making outbound sales calls to prospective clients to set appointments for senior sales representatives

·        Keeping up to date with knowledge of the industry and utilising this to assist in sales closures

·        Sales lead generator/ Business Development duties

·        Secretarial duties, reporting to the Operations Manager

·        Diary management – planning, organising and setting appointments

·        Organising travel and preparing travel itineraries

·        Managing and responding to emails

·        Handling calls from potential customers, dealing with queries to ensure sale closure

·        General office administration

 

Essential:

  • administration/secretary experience in a busy office environment (Appointment setting and diary management)
  • Previous sales or sales administration experience is highly desirable (Experience of outbound sales calls or business development experience).
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills;
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work;
  • IT proficiency, with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and of using business management systems
  • Flexibility in line with business needs and a confident communicator
