Sales Project Support Officer

On behalf of our client, a top Northern Ireland employer, Apple Recruitment Services are delighted to be seeking Sales Project Support Officer to join their Belfast team.


This is a permanent position, the Sales Support Officer will work 37 hours per week. Core hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30 to 5pm and Friday 8.30 to 4.30pm however due to the nature of this role you will need to be flexible as some evenings may be required. A full clean driving licence is required and a company car is provided.


Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Project Support Officer will effectively manage the company’s sales activities to include extension of the East Down infrastructure into non adopted areas, sites of multi occupancy and wider support across sales departments as required.

Essential criteria:

·5 GCSEs at grade C or above

·A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a project management or target driven role

·Excellent Communication, Negotiation and Leadership skills

·Positive attitude


·Proficient IT skills to include the use of Microsoft programmes such as Word, Excel and Outlook

·A full valid UK driving licence • Ability to work flexibly to include evenings

·Eligible to work in the UK and able to attend an interview in Northern Ireland w/c 10thOctober.

Duties include:

• Promote the benefits of services and products to domestic properties in the company license area.

• Establish and sustain excellent relationships with key personnel within Management Companies/Agents in order to obtain permission for the company to lay infrastructure in non-adopted areas in the East Down network area.

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive battlefield of potential areas to further develop the company infrastructure within existing licences.

• Identify additional domestic sales opportunities through engagement of management agencies to provide services and products to larger multi occupancy developments.

• Develop a skill set that will support the desire within the department to share responsibilities at times of need such as peak demand or holiday periods.

• Support the Sales Manager with specific requirements across the Sales department where required to include wider industry engagement, special projects and event management.


This offers a starting salary of between £25-28K plus a performance bonus, company car, mobile phone and a range of other benefits.
