Sales Administrator

Salary: £20K +

On behalf of our client, an Engineering company that supplies to a global market, we have a new opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join their team in the Dunmurry Area of Belfast.

Duties include:

·Inward and outward customer service-related calls as the businesses central point of contact for sales enquiries.

·Sales Order Processing via email or phone. Including liaising with Sales Team, Customers, and the Customer Services Team.

·Maintain and update sales and customer records.

·Ensuring and checking data accuracy for order processing / invoicing.

·Coordinating customer deliveries with internal and external customers.

·Reconciling delivery paperwork with accounts and stores

·Reporting departmental KPI’s to line management

·Sales Administrative tasks Including but not limited to issue of CPD certification and management of customer folders.

·Supporting the Mechanical Business Development Manager’s and estimating department.

·Aftersales Administration.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and ambitious organisation with a reputation for quality and innovation. The Sales Administrator can expect a starting salary £20K.

·Working hours 8.30 -5.00 Monday to Thursday 8.30-2.30 Friday.

·Holidays 30 days including stats. (this increases with 1, 3 and 5 years of service)

·Death in service pay and company sick pay following probationary period.

Applicants will need to demonstrate strong administrative and customer service skills.

·Previous administrative experience in a commercial environment

·Previous experience of dealing with customers via telephone and email.

·Good IT Skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and a data management or order system

·Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
