We are delighted to be seeking a Personal Assistant to join our clientâ€™s team based in Banbridge. This is a long standing Northern Ireland company with a global product supply. The organisation is a market leader focusing on working with their customers to develop innovative and high performance products as well as deliver knowledge within the industry.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a varied role and as well providing secretarial support such as audio typing, diary management and travel arrangements, the Personal Assistant role will also have an element of project management, working with various managers in the organisation to source materials, services or ensure projects come together so initiate is key. Working with the Marketing Manager to proof read and check company literature etc would be part of this role and a high level of attention to detail is essential to this P.A. role.

As a P.A. you will need to demonstrate confidence and initiative as well as the ability to build strong internal relationships and relationships with clients.
Applicants will also need to demonstrate:
- Copy and audio typing experience and accuracy
- Good knowledge of Microsoft software packages including word, excel and Powerpoint.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent literary and numeracy skills
- Discretion, tact and diplomacy
- Flexibility, adaptability and initiative
