MI Analyst

On behalf of our client, a major service provider with locations throughout the UK and Ireland, we have an exciting new opportunity for a MI Analyst for their Belfast City Centre office.

Reporting to the offsite MI Team Manager and the Associate Manager in Belfast, the MI Analyst will be responsible for the ownership, creation and Analysis of Management Information reports.


·Proactively undertake the end-to-end process of creating a suite of regular MI reports and ensure the timely and accurate delivery of the same.

·Assist with analysis of requirements / scoping and managing the implementation of new Client MI requirements as required

·To proactively suggest, agree with the business and implement internal analysis of management information reports.

·To Provide internal or external ad-hoc requests for data / statistics / analysis as required

·Develop an in-depth understanding of the MI creation / manipulation process to enable constructive recommendations for improvement and undertake regular reviews towards this end

·Regular Communications with all level of the business as required

·Develop and Maintain good working relationships with key contacts internally and externally

·Assist with the development and promotion of the company MI strategy both for the organisation and internal within the team

·To ensure the relevant Management Information Procedure documentation is up to date at all times

·Provide ad hoc internal IT support

·Occasional travel (Mainly between offices) may be required


·Experience using SQL

·Ability to work proactively to meet tight deadlines

·Statistical and business analytical skills

·Balancing workloads / Communication skills

·Project / Process Management skills and strong administrative abilities

·Experience using Crystal Reports

·Working with case management system

·Good understanding of legal case handling to assist with accurate reporting

·Understanding / Experience in the legal / insurance sector would be an advantage

·Very Good Level MS Excel


Normal office hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
