Marketing Officer

On behalf of our client, a top Northern Ireland Employer, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Officer for a contract of approx. 12 months and should a permanent role become available the postholder will be offered this even after the contract has ended.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious and growing company. You will be employed as a direct member of staff and therefor can expect a competitive starting salary of £24,000 PA, a performance related award of up to 15% of annual salary plus a great range of benefits:

·Hours of work Monday to Thursday 8.30-5pm and Friday 8.30- 3.45.

The Marketing Officer will report to the Marketing Manager and work in an In-house team to assist in the implementation of marketing activities. The offices are based in Antrim Town.

You will need:


·A degree in Marketing, Interactive Multimedia Design or relevant discipline, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced Marketing design role

·Experience creating artwork using design software (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva)

·Highly computer and web literate, with experience in CMS

·First class communication and interpersonal skills

·Knowledge of all aspects of marketing disciplines

·Excellent graphic design skills and experience with Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop

·Experience using Website Content Management System

·First class organisational and time management skills with a creative flair

·A positive attitude, demonstrating initiative and proactivity

·Excellent communication and IT skills, and be comfortable interacting with internal and external stakeholders at all levels

·Possess drive and initiative, with the ability to work to and achieve agreed targets and budgets

·A flexible approach to working and be willing to become proficient in all areas of marketing operations

·Available to work at marketing events outside of core hours.

·Possess a full current driving licence
