Marketing Campaigns Specialist

A fantastic opportunity exists for a highly creative and results orientated Marketing professional to join the marketing team of one of Northern Ireland’s Top companies in a permanent contract. 


Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Campaigns Specialist will be responsible advertising campaigns that deliver against company objectives, brand vision and allow business targets to be hit. The Marketing Campaign Specialist will have direct responsibility for steering the company’s creative campaigns ensuring integration with all other business divisions and key stakeholders while managing the day-to-day output of firmus energy’s appointed agencies. Management of direct mail, events and installer activity is part of the role.


Duties include:


  • Under the guidance of the Marketing Manager, develop creative campaigns and media & messaging strategies that work across all advertising channels (including TV, Outdoor, Press, Digital, Social and Radio, Direct Mail, Digital Marketing)

  • Work with a range of departments across the business and external agencies to help produce insight driven national campaigns.

  • Manage campaigns from brief through creative development, to implementation, to include media planning

  • Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, websites and social media through analytic software including Google Analytics, email analytics and website CMS

  • Ensure the online customer experience is fully integrated with campaigns

  • Develop campaign KPIs to measure impact, reacting quickly to change once activity is in market

  • Evaluate activity post-campaign

  • Actively seek out opportunities for innovation, process improvement and entrepreneurial development of the firmus energy brand

  • Stay up to date with advertising trends and innovation, ensuring the marketing team is kept abreast of the latest developments

  • Ensure all campaigns have been approved by legal and product teams prior to campaign launch


Criteria:


  • 5+ years relevant marketing campaign experience including media analysis tools (NMR, RAJAR etc,)

  • 3rd level marketing related qualification

  • Demonstrable evidence of working in highly creative, dynamic marketing environment

  • Brand management experience including creation of central proposition, development of toolkits and creative assets

  • Experience in developing and managing market research – qualitative and quantitave

  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills and competent copywriter with sound working knowledge of ASA

  • / CAP guidelines

  • Strong commercial acumen - analytical skills, strategic and creative thinker

  • Significant budgetary and financial management skills

  • Experience managing external agencies including advertising, videography, data, digital and social agencies

  • Experience of managing a communications and media plan, proven track record in delivering results according to targets

  • Media buying experience with strong negotiation skills and an ability to analyse and interrogate media plans

  • Strong digital and social acumen

  • Good time management skills, used to keeping to deadlines with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Full UK driving licence


Desirable:


  • Digital Marketing Qualification

  • Video editing expertise

  • Experience of using Indesign, Canva, Hootsuite, Mailchimp etc


Based in the Antrim area, this is a full time permanent role 37.5 hours per week. Hours of work Monday to Thursday 8.30-5pm and Friday 8.30- 3.45.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation. The company offers a basic salary of around £26,000 plus a wide range of excellent benefits.
