On behalf of our client, an established supplier, we are seeking an experienced Administrator to join their small team in the North Belfast area.

Reporting to the director, you will:

  • Deal with inbound customer queries.

  • Make outbound calls to suppliers and customers.

  • Invoices.

  • Purchase Ledger

  • Sales Ledger

  • Provide a high level of support to other team members.

  • To maintain a high degree of customer service for all queries.

The Administrator would be joining a small back office team with a showroom and my client would welcome applicants with an eye for detail or previous merchandising experience. This is a supportive and fun environment with potential to develop the role.

As an experienced Administrator, you will need to demonstrate:

You must demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in and administration role.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.

  • The ablity to learn new systems and a good technical aptitude.

  • A strong working knowledge of an accounting package such as Sage.

  • Adaptable, positive and a quick learner.

  • Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure.

  • Ability to work well within a team- Flexible, friendly and warm.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Excellent communication skills, enthusiastic and a professional telephone manner.

  • A good eye for detail and some DIY skills would be beneficial.

As an Accounts Administrator the salary offered will depend on experience however you can expect £16000-£18500. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Free parking and handy to public transport. The company offer 28 days holiday including bank holidays and close for around a week at Christmas.
