Inside Sales & Customer Support

Salary: £12.50 ph

On behalf of our client, a global manufacturer, we have an urgent full time requirement for an individual with Sales Support experience to join their Mallusk team. This would be with a view to the successful candidate starting week ending 20th march.

 

Duties include:

 

  • Review incoming Purchase Orders against SOX requirements, resolve issues on orders direct with customer, check performance to Supply Agreements, keep Business Managers in the loop.

  • Manage PO through approval phase such as pending, on hold, raising Pro-Forma’s, approval, open orders, changes & amendments, closed PO.

  • Ensure Purchase Orders are approved quickly and entered in AX accurately with communication to logistics team. Confirmation to delivery date requested, flag any issues in relation to target date etc.

  • Timely entry of Sales Order details into SF- Repeat above entry of order in SF, Scan PO place in SF, move forecast to backlog, confirm price and quantities align, report/highlight shortfall in comparison to forecast to order.

  • Run dispatch report each Friday from AX, forward to IT for upload into SF to update backlog to shipped.

  • Provide Apps Engineers with BMS after Modules have been confirmed shipping for programming before organizing shipment & dispatch to customer. Communicate to customer on dispatch and expected ETA.

  • Manage and control inventory on a daily basis, conduct quarterly and year end stock takes, ensure appropriate product coverage available in Mallusk.

  • Prepare, pack and book items for shipping. Complete relevant shipping paperwork for DHL / TNT/ Fed-Ex etc and issue Commercial Invoices and Dangerous Goods Paperwork if relevant. Email notification to all relevant parties with tracking details and confirming that item has shipped. Track and trace to confirm delivery so finance can proceed to invoice (All DAP shipments).

 

Applicants must demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in a similar role- sales support/ order processing/ shipping administration.

  • Previous experience using an order processing database as well as strong Microsoft Office skills including excel.

  • The ability to build rapport with customers.

  • Able to multi-task and prioritise work load.
