Customer Service Assistant- Full time M-F

Due to continued success Apple Recruitment Services are delighted to be seeking a new Customer Service Advisor to join a top 100 Northern Ireland company with offices based in Antrim.

 

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8.30am- 5pm and Friday 8.30am – 3.45pm (37.5 hours). This is a fantastic place to work with a great environment and free parking.

 

This role will be on an ongoing, temporary basis and will be employed directly to the company. Should a suitable permanent position arise during the duration of this contract, the Customer Service Advisor have the opportunity to take this post.

 

Working from their modern, Antrim based office, the Customer Service Advisor will join a small team that provide a first class customer care experience.

The Customer Service Assistant is will take inbound calls from potential and existing customers and stakeholders. They provide first class customer care to customers and play a key role in processing customer enquiries.

 

The Customer Services Assistant can expect a starting salary of £18,386 and benefits packages, together with comprehensive training and development programmes and the opportunity to excel in challenging and progressive roles.

·Health Insurance- PHI available after 26 weeks of absence, 75% of basic salary for up to 60 months (subject to acceptance by insurers)

·Sickness Absence- After 12 months service, 26 weeks at full pay, 26 weeks at half pay (subject to medical certification)

Criteria:

 

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a customer facing role in a financial environment, and will possess excellent IT, communication and interpersonal skills.

 

• Minimum 5 passes at GCSE level Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English & Maths

• Previous experience in customer service role, eg call handling, but may also consider retail and leisure

• Excellent IT, communication and people skills

• Ability to process large volumes of information quickly and accurately

• Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload

• A ‘can do’ attitude and eager to learn
