Our Client is looking for talented and professional Customer Advisors to join their Belfast based Contact Centre. The organisation are proud of their low turnover of staff due to various unique factors which make it a great place to work:

The organisation promotes a good work – life balance for their Customer Advisors and typically you would work only one weekend in 3 with a typical 8.5 hour shift starting at 8am or ending no later than 9pm (6pm on the weekend) however the centre operates between Monday and Sunday, 7am and 11pm to meet business needs and applicants will need to be fairly flexible. A Customer Advisor will receive a shift pattern 5 weeks in advance although over time opportunities are available, these are voluntary.

As newly appointed Customer Advisor you can expect a starting salary of £18,878 rising to £20,976 after 9 months and a 10% performance related bonus, as well as a fantastic range of benefits:
