Customer Service Advisor £19K

Due to continued success within the Customer Service department, our client is seeking to recruit a number of Customer Service Advisors to join their city centre based team on 4th June.

This is a rich and varied contact centre role with a difference. Customer Advisors can expect:

Customer Service Advisors will:

  • Move flexibly between a variety of calls, issues and enquiries

  • Build effective, positive and enthusiastic relationships with our customers

  • Answer queries and resolve issues professionally and sympathetically

  • Showcase services and keep up-to-date with products

  • Deal with a high volume of complex customer contacts

  • Ensure every customer feels valued and satisfied with their experience.

  • Previous experience in a customer service role.

The organisation promotes a good work – life balance for their employees. Typically a Customer Advisor will work 8.5 hour shift between Monday and Sunday, 7am and 11pm and will receive a shift pattern 5 weeks in advance. Although over time opportunities are available, these are voluntary.
