Customer Advisor Mon - Fri

Due to continued growth, our client, a Top 100 Northern Ireland Company, are seeking a number of Customer Service Advisors to join their growing Belfast based team.

This is a full time permanent opportunity, working between 8.30am and 7.00pm Monday to Thursday and between 8.30am and 4.30pm on Fridays, usually working no more than 37 hours per week. There is no contractual weekend work involved with this role. However, overtime is available at time and a third Mon-Thurs & time and a half Sat-Sun and bank holidays.

The Customer Advisor is the primary contact for inbound customer contacts in respect of customer enquiries, scheduling appointments, job updates and other business-related enquiries. Provision of general administrative support including the planning of asset maintenance programmes, documentation verification, and data input.

The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for recording customer and job request details on company systems and initiating appropriate responses, in line with defined business processes to deliver excellent customer service, paying particular attention to safety, sales and standards of service requirements.


  • At least one years’ relevant experience working within a customer service environment and dealing with telephone enquiries.
  • Relevant administrative experience.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative without supervision.
  • Ability to multitask various activities.
  • Excellent communication skills including a polite & friendly telephone manner.

The Customer Advisor can expect a starting salary of £18,500 with a review at the end of the 6-month probation and a further review after 1 year. There is also a great range of benefits including:
