Contracts Administrator

Due to an internal promotion, our client, a global organisation, have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join their Lisburn based team on a full time, permanent basis.

The Service Deliver Administrator will liaise with colleagues across the world in a fast paced and dynamic environment to ensure customer order fulfilment as well as managing supplier and internal stakeholder expectations in relation to completing contractual paperwork, compliance and fulfilment within deadlines.

You will need:

·Must have a minimum of Grade C in GCSE Maths and English

·Previous administrative experience in a fast paced, customer focused Administration based role.

·Knowledge of multiple currencies

·Knowledge of logistics industry is desirable

·Experience using Microsoft Office Suite

·Excellent knowledge of excel

·2nd language advantageous but not essential

·Telephone answering skills to communicate effectively with key stakeholders

·Good communication skills

·Able to work well in a team and build rapport quickly

·Excellent organisational and time-management skills


Duties include:

1.Raise purchase orders and sales contracts using in house Microsoft systems

2.Assist Business Development Staff with contract development

3.Communicating with global customers in relation to compliance issues, licensing

4.Raise proforma invoices for customers

5.Processing new customer and new supplier forms and updating various in-house spreadsheets

6.Assisting with various in-house reporting requirements

7.Ad hoc duties as and when required and not limited within the role including cross training to facilitate interdepartmental leave

8.Answering telephone calls and dealing with new supplier and customer queries in a timely and professional manner


The organisation offers a starting salary between £23000 and £25000 depending on experience as well as an excellent range of benefits in this ambitious and growing organisation.
