Business Support Assistant

On behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit Business Support Assistant to join their administrative team.

This is an exciting time for my client, a Private Health Service provider who focus on providing a high level of service to their Customers and it is essential that applicant

 

Duties include:

·        Dealing with Customer Enquiries via telephone, email and facebook.

·        Dealing with referrals and enquiries from industry professionals.

·        Design/ adapting and Implementing office systems and procedures to ensure best practice.

·        Administration

·        Supporting a Marketing function- social media, branding, web content etc.

·        Dealing with queries via email and telephone.

·        Assisting with training programs and activities.

·        Acting as first point of contact for clients in exceptional circumstances.

 

You must demonstrate:

·        Strong communication skills using email and telephone in a business setting.

·        Strong administrative skills, a knowledge of Microsoft office products and experience using a CRM.

·        The ability to create web and social media content.

·        Highly organised, strong attention to detail and the ability to suggest business improvement ideas.

·        Experience in Digital marketing is desirable.

·        A friendly, positive and empathic personality.

·        Previous experience providing a high level of customer care.

·        Have an aptitude for business development and marketing.

·        Be presentable and excellent verbal communication skills.

·        The ability to work in a small, close nit team.

 

The successful candidate will also need to pass employment checks including an Access NI check.

 

Belfast based. Hours of work are flexible between 7.45am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday and some Saturday Mornings on a rota basis. This is a full time position 37.5 hours offering £10-12 per hour.
