Business Development Manager

 MERGEFIELD JBDESCRIPTION \* MERGEFORMAT On behalf of our client, a growing UK wide organisation that provide business solutions to a wide range of SMEs across the UK, we are seeking two experienced Field Sales Executive for Northern Ireland.

Reporting to the Area Business Development Manager, the Business Development Manager will sell packages to SME businesses and identify opportunities within a defined territory. The Business Development Manager will need to generate a number of appointments on a weekly basis from cold calling and attend pre-booked meetings set by their UK based Call Centre Business Development Advisors.

This organisation are renowned friendly, reliable and quick services and the Business Development Manager will provide a 360 sales process from appointment/cold call to installation and customer satisfaction review completing accurate and complete application information. The Business Development Manager can expect a comprehensive training program which will include approx. 1 week in the head office.

The Business Development Manager can expect a competitive basic salary between £28000 and £35000 with an uncapped commission structure and a realistic earning potential that means most of their Field Sales Executives are doubling their salary.

Additionally the package includes:

You will need:

·B2B/B2C field sales or recent B2B Telesales experience

·The ability to generate own leads is essential

·Able to demonstrate a proven successful sales track record

·Ability to build strong relationships

·An excellent communicator – professional, polite and confident on the phone

·Can demonstrate influence and empathy

·Full driving licence and own suitable form of transport.
