On behalf of our client, an established Financial Advisory Service with an enviable client base, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Administrator for their Greater Belfast office.

The Administrator will provide support to a team of Financial Planners including the preparation of documents and maintenance of client records. This is a busy role in a demanding environment and applicants will need to be able to prioritize their workload as well as meet tight deadlines. The Administrator will be liaising with a range of people on a frequent basis in a professional manner thus applicants should also possess good interpersonal and organisational skills and an understanding of client care.

Applicants must have previous experience in an independent financial advisory office, this is essential. Applicants must have excellent administrative skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Some of the daily activities will include general administrative duties:

·Processing Letters of Authority and adhering to company timescales

·Processing mortgage, protection and investment business

·Liaise with lenders and providers, and client, through until case completion

·Submitting cases on back office system (Intelligent Office)

·Recording business on New Business Tracker



  • Previous experience in an Independent Financial Advisory
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Able to provide a high level of Administrative support
  • Excellent ability to multi task and prioritise
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Previous experience of using a CRM system
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Salary offered £17-21K depending on skills and experience. This role is in the Greater Belfast area therefore free car parking is available. The post holder can also expect 20 days statutory holiday plus 8 bank holidays.

Monday – Friday 9am- 5pm.
